A novel molecularly imprinted two-dimensional (2-D) photonic crystal hydrogels (MIPH) for sensitive and label-free recognition of 2,4-dichlorophenol (2,4-DCP) was prepared. The 2-D photonic crystal template was fabricated by using air-water interface self-assembly method. And then the template was embedded with molecularly imprinted polymer, which was synthesized with 2,4-DCP as imprinted molecules, dimethyl sulfoxide as solvent, acrylic acid and acrylamide as functional monomers, N,N-methylene bis acrylamide as cross-linker, azobisisobutyronitrile as initiator. The imprinted molecules were removed by 0.01 M ammonia solution. The results indicated that the 2,4-DCP molecularly imprinted 2-D photonic crystal hydrogels has good response and recognition ability to 2,4-DCP. When the molar ratio of cross-linking density of MIPH is 2.3% and the molar ratio of imprinting molecule is 5.0%, the change of Debye ring diameter is the largest. The diameter of Debye ring increased by 7.1 mm when the concentration of 2,4-DCP changed from 0 to 1 × 10−6 M, and the particle spacing of MIPH reduced 38 nm. In addition, the diameter of the Debye ring hardly changed in the solution of analogues of 2,4-DCP such as, phenol, 2-chlorophenol, 2,4,6-trichlorophenol and so on, indicating that the MIPH has highly sensitivity and specificity.  相似文献

利用CAE分析软件Moldex3D先找出整个设计是否存在缺陷,为了增加优化效率,采用田口实验设计法规划控制因子与配置。L9(34)直交表来求得成型条件的最佳化参数组别,观察结果并找出最佳成型条件,以降低成型后所发生的体积收缩率以及翘曲位移量。由S/N因子反应表可看出对于Z轴变形量在塑料温度209℃、保压时间11.025 s、冷却时间17.85 s时较优良。Z轴的翘曲从1.64 mm降低到1.04 mm,整体改善了36.5%,最终根据优化结果进行了模具设计。  相似文献

The novel solar-wind integrated system has been firstly used for hydrogen production in literature with validating theoretical, simulated and experimental studies. This integrated system consists of two main parts; solar-assisted wind turbine and alkaline electrolysis cell.In the first part of this system, the semi-flexible PV panels are smoothly integrated on the vertical axis wind turbine blade. This is a unique design in literature, unlike the hybrid systems that include wind turbines and solar PV panels in published literature. The production and testing of the hybrid integrated system in a single structure were performed both in laboratory conditions and also the system was set up the roof of ATU (Adana Alparslan Turkes Science and Technology University) in Adana. The second part includes hydrogen production via alkaline electrolysis system. The cathodes consist of nickel-coated copper (Cu/Ni) and nickel-vanadium binary coated copper (Cu/NiV), that was produced via electrodeposition technique by self-supporting. The performance of electrodes was compared in 1 M KOH solution via I–V behavior, electrochemical impedance spectroscopy, and long term cathodic polarization analysis. Results showed that polarization resistance was decreased almost 4 times by NiV when comparing the Ni. The surface inhomogeneity values were 0.91 and 0.81 for Cu/Ni and Cu/NiV respectively. The hydrogen gas evolved at the cathodes was also measured and higher volumes were detected for NiV binary coating.  相似文献

为研究空间效应对节点域滞回性能及稳定性的影响,设计了4个不同构造的空间H形梁柱节点试件,于柱端施加恒定轴向荷载,于柱弱轴平面梁端施加恒定反对称荷载,于柱强轴平面梁端施加反对称往复荷载。试验及分析结果表明:基于平面梁柱节点试验提出的考虑竖向连接板对提高节点域稳定性的推荐公式仍适用;柱弱轴平面不平衡弯矩通过竖向连接板及横向加劲肋传递至柱翼缘,当该荷载不致引起节点域周边构件过早屈服时,若传力路径连续,节点域不直接抵抗该荷载作用;在本试验的柱弱轴平面荷载应力水平下,构造设计合理的空间试件节点域的承载力、变形能力、稳定性、耗能能力均不低于相应的平面试件。  相似文献

The present paper focuses on the ultimate shear strength analysis of intact and cracked stiffened panels. Several potential parameters influencing the ultimate shear strength of intact panels are discussed, including the patterns and amplitudes of initial deflection, the slenderness and aspect ratios of the plates, and the boundary conditions defined by the torsional stiffness of support members. An empirical formula for the ultimate shear strength of intact stiffened panels is proposed based on parametric nonlinear finite element analyses in ANSYS. Furthermore, the ultimate shear strength characteristics of cracked stiffened panels are investigated in LS-DYNA with the implicit method. Three types of cracks are considered, namely vertical crack, horizontal crack and angular crack. A simplified method is put forward to calculate the equivalent crack length. And the formula for the ultimate shear strength of cracked stiffened panels is derived on the basis of the formula for intact stiffened panels.  相似文献

Cryogels based on poly(vinyl alcohol) [PVA] and three types of bioinsertions such as scleroglucan, cellulose microfibers, and zein, respectively, have been prepared using capacity of PVA to crosslink by repeated freezing–thawing cycles. The effect of the incorporation of biopolymers on the properties of PVA cryogel has been studied by using several techniques such as: scanning electron microscopy, differential scanning calorimetry, and Fourier transform infrared studies. The obtained biobased cryogel membranes were subjected to sorption and to diffusion experiments using Crystal Violet (CV), a dye commonly used in the textile industry and in medicine. Image analysis with CIELAB system was used both to monitor the cryogels loading with CV and to gain insight in the dye state into the gel, in correlation with the bioinsertion type and gels morphology. Dye diffusion but also sorption capacity of the cryogels was found to be closely related to the type of biopolymer. In this article the equilibrium (sorption isotherms) and transport properties (diffusion and permeability coefficients) of CV, in/through physical cross‐linked PVA hydrogel membranes with bioinsertions has been reported. A closed-loop, time-optimal path-following control scheme is proposed for a class of constrained differentially flat systems. Within a receding horizon framework, a finite horizon optimisation problem is solved at each sample, using available state feedback and feedforward path information. Irrespective of horizon length, the proposed formulation guarantees exact path-following. Moreover, the requirements under which the proposed algorithm achieves minimum-time path-following are established. Simulations conducted with a rigid X–Y table model confirm the theoretical results.  相似文献

The paper analyses the nonlinearities in the impact of localization, diversity, urbanization and competition on firm‐level total factor productivity (TFP), using a large sample of Italian firms from 1999 to 2007. We adopt a panel smooth transition regression model, so that the TFP elasticities are free to vary smoothly across two or more extreme values. Results show that localization economies and Jacobian externalities materialize only for values of, respectively, intra‐industry agglomeration and extra‐sectoral diversity above a certain threshold. Local competition exerts a positive effect on productivity, even though the marginal impact shrinks at high levels of competition. We find instead no evidence of diseconomies of agglomeration.  相似文献
